Specification honesty
If a pile height or gauge will not suit the site, we say so before the order rather than after delivery.
About Wyden
Nantong Wyden Co., Ltd. has spent more than 12 years designing, producing and exporting artificial grass from Nantong, Jiangsu Province.
We extrude polyethylene and polypropylene yarn in-house, tuft it on our own lines and coat it with 5BR latex before it leaves the building. Pile heights run from 5 mm to 75 mm, in gauges from 5/32" to 3/4". Yarn profiles include spine, diamond, C, U, S, W and fibrillated, which is why we can match a landscape lawn and a football pitch from the same facility. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and our turf carries CE, SGS, REACH, BSCI and Labosport test documentation where the order requires it.

How we work
Most turf problems start upstream and show up two seasons later. Keeping the process in one facility is how we avoid that.
Yarn arrives as polymer and colour masterbatch, not as bought-in greige. Because we set Dtex and colour at extrusion, a repeat order two years later can be matched against the original batch record. Tufting then fixes gauge and stitch rate; the backing choice follows the application — PP+Net for surfaces that take infill, non-woven for thatch, PP for two-layer landscape rolls. Coating is the last controlled step: 5BR latex is applied and cured so tufts stay locked under cleats, dog claws and mechanical brushing.

How we decide
These are the checks that keep a container consistent.
If a pile height or gauge will not suit the site, we say so before the order rather than after delivery.
Colour and Dtex are recorded at extrusion so repeat orders match the first one.
A surface that holds water fails long before it wears out. Backing and punch holes are specified for the rainfall the site actually gets.
Specification sheets, test reports and loading plans travel with the order, not after it.
