Where this turf fits
Infill systems are still the standard for full-size pitches: the sand and rubber layer holds a 40–60 mm fibre upright under studs, which gives better energy return and a more predictable ball roll than a shallow non-fill surface.
Construction and specification
The yarn is polyethylene at 12,000 Dtex in a W profile, pile height 40–60 mm, gauge 5/8 to 1/2 inch, stitch rate 140–170 per metre and density 8,820 to 10,710 stitches per square metre. PP+Net backing with 5BR coating, in 4 m, 2 m and 1 m rolls at 25 m.
