Where this turf fits
Non-fill turf is used where maintaining infill is impractical: community pitches, school fields, futsal courts and training areas that see mixed use and cannot be topped up with sand every season.
Construction and specification
The yarn is a polyethylene and polypropylene blend at 14,000 Dtex with an X-shape profile that keeps the fibre upright without infill. Pile height is 25–35 mm, gauge 3/8 inch, stitch rate 160–250 per metre, density 16,800–26,250 stitches per square metre. Primary backing is PP+Net with 5BR coating.
