Where this turf fits
Curly yarn behaves differently from straight fibre: it holds a ball on line, resists grain and lets a putt roll at a consistent speed. That is why this series is used for putting greens, tennis and padel courts, hockey, croquet and badminton surfaces.
Construction and specification
Yarn weight runs from 4,500 to 7,500 Dtex in polypropylene or polyethylene, with pile height of 10–18 mm, gauge from 3/16 to 5/32 inch and 230–350 stitches per metre. Primary backing is PP+Net with 5BR coating, in 4 m, 2 m and 1 m rolls at 25 m.
